How to Protect Word Document with Password in Word

MS Word allow you to make secure your document. Using password you can protect your sensitive or confidential documents to other from changing or even opening your document. Basic steps to check the word count are listed below;

Steps to Set Password in MS Word

  • Open your Document
  • Select File Menu
  • Here you get Protect Document Command
  • Next One menu will appeare here choose Encrypt with Password
  • Now Encrypt Document dialog box will appear, Set Your Password
  • Re Enter Password and press Ok Button
